A loan complaint that can be investigated: write the facts clearly

A precise complaint is easier to investigate than a long message without dates or references. Build a short factual record that identifies the problem, evidence and resolution you are asking the lender to consider.

Separate the issue from the chronology

State the loan reference, relevant transaction dates, disputed amount and the particular entry or communication you believe is wrong. Attach only relevant records through a verified secure channel. Ask for an acknowledgement and retain it. Check the lender's official grievance procedure and any applicable escalation route instead of relying on a stranger offering to resolve the issue for a fee.

A worked situation

Rather than saying the bank overcharged everything, identify a specific ₹2,000 entry dated 12 August, explain why it does not match the quoted schedule and request a written calculation or correction. That gives the investigator an actionable starting point.

Your next-step checklist

  • State the specific disputed event
  • Keep evidence and acknowledgements together
  • Follow the official escalation procedure

Should I post my full documents publicly to get attention?

Avoid exposing identity and account information. Use official complaint channels and share only what is necessary for investigation, retaining a secure copy of the complete evidence yourself.
